Accounting Scholarship:
The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) is welcoming applications for a $5,000 per year, two year scholarship to be awarded to a Saint Mary’s College accounting major. The scholarship is for a junior who is a declared accounting major with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. It will be awarded some time this Spring (probably in April). The first payment would be made during Junior year, and the second payment would be made during the Senior year. Each applicant is asked to complete a two page essay (double spaced) discussing why he or she chose to major in accounting and his or her plans for post-graduation. Each applicant should also provide a copy of a current transcript. (An official transcript is not required.) Complete applications must be received by February 28th, 2026.
